Delivery Information

  1. We do try to deliver well within your mentioned date and time. Though we deliver on the date we promise, the time may vary due to traffic situations and other aspects, which is beyond our control.
  2. Exact Delivery timings are not guaranteed and will be delivered in the respected time slot as selected by the consumer/buyer.
  3. We will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of the order because of flood, fire, wars, or for any reason that is beyond our control. For such orders, a complete refund will be provided.
  4. The delivery will NOT be redirected /redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
  5. Substitution Policy:- If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with the next best available date.

 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
  2. In case the claim for the refund is accepted for cancellation of order either by the consumer/buyer or by the company (inability to deliver a product due to company slip up) will be settled at the earliest, as soon as the formal procedure is completed. The time taken for the same will not be more than 5 working days
  3. However considering the circumstances of the individual cases, the company may deal with each of the incidents independently. Though the company reserves the right to use its own discretion.

  5. The consumer/buyer should read the Refund Policy carefully.

 

Refund Policy

  1.  If a problem arises in an order owing to the consumer/buyers mistake e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given, redelivery charges, if any, will also be borne by the consumer/buyer.
  2.
